Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We ship all orders using USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to USPS or factors outside of our control (weather, holidays, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, you may contact us at alvanburen777@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at alvanburen777@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only, including USPS-compatible addresses such as PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
